Official HEXAGON CMM Training Center

Completing the CMM course at our Aerospace Campus is your direct path to employment!

What is a CMM?

It is used to precisely measure the dimensions of components in industries like aerospace, automotive, and high-precision manufacturing to verify conformance with design specifications.
The critical factor here is the accuracy and reliability of CMM measurement results.

To gain approval for their Quality Management Systems (QMS) from aviation authorities like the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)—for Part 21 manufacturing certificates or Part 145 MRO approvals—Korean aircraft manufacturers must comply with strict procedures for the accuracy, calibration, and maintenance of all equipment used in design, manufacturing, inspection, and maintenance.
This means that if a CMM is used in aircraft manufacturing, its calibration and accuracy management within the manufacturer's QMS must meet FAA requirements. Notably, over 95% of aircraft manufacturers in Korea use Hexagon CMM equipment.
However, while there are virtually no training institutions where university students or the public can receive CMM education,
the number of available jobs is high (we recommend searching "CMM" on job sites to confirm).
Therefore, most companies prefer to hire candidates with "hands-on CMM experience."
In other words, simply earning a HEXAGON training certificate gives you a significant advantage in the job market and opens doors to positions at top-tier companies with excellent work environments.
To put it simply, please remember that by successfully completing the CMM course in our department, you can eliminate half of your job-seeking worries.
